Job Description
- As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician at PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMF), you will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance activities to ensure the safety, reliability, and continued airworthiness of aircraft. You will carry out maintenance tasks in accordance with approved maintenance manuals, manufacturer instructions, aviation regulations, and GMF quality and safety standards.
- In this role, you will perform inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, component replacements, and functional testing on aircraft systems and structures while maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation. You will work closely with engineers, inspectors, and other maintenance personnel to ensure maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and within the required turnaround time.
- The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background in aircraft maintenance, a solid understanding of aviation regulations and maintenance procedures, and the ability to interpret technical manuals and engineering documents. A commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement is essential to support GMF's mission of delivering world-class maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services.
Requirements
- Applicants must hold a minimum educational qualification of D3 (Diploma 3).
- A valid degree/graduation certificate is mandatory.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work full-time in an office environment and collaborate effectively within a professional team.
- Adherence to company policies and regulations.
- Willingness to be assigned to PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk headquarters in Cengkareng and/or outstation operations.
- Having at least minimum of two A-ratings (A1, A2, and A4) or Three C-ratings (C1, C2, and C4).
