Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science, preferably Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering;
- Preferably based in or originally from Riau;
- Experience and certification in ISO are preferred;
- Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in oil & gas or petrochemical projects/facilities.
- Strong technical skills; relevant certifications/licenses are preferred;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
- Strong conceptual, analytical, communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and adaptability skills;
- Good knowledge of oil & gas industry codes, standards, and best practices;
- Provide technical support to Operations & Maintenance teams, including troubleshooting and technical recommendations;
- Initiate facility improvement initiatives to address and mitigate operational and technical issue.
