Drilling Site Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily drilling operations to ensure activities are carried out in accordance with the approved drilling program and project specifications.
• Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) policies, applicable regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to promote a safe working environment and ensure operational compliance.
• Supervise and evaluate drilling performance to ensure drilling objectives and operational targets are achieved in accordance with established standards.
• Ensure the quality of drilling services and maintain wellbore integrity throughout drilling operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience, Diploma (D3) in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience, or Senior High School (SMA) graduate with a minimum of 12 years of experience as a Unit Leader in oil and gas drilling operations.
• Possess valid APB/APPS and IADC/IWCF certifications.
• Demonstrated competency in Well Control.
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in the prevention and management of well problems, including Stuck Pipe, Fishing Operations, and Abnormal Drilling Operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), with experience using drilling reporting software such as WellView.
• Good knowledge and understanding of Occupational Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) principles and practices.
