Field Engineer EWL

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Open Hole and Case Hole operations.
• Deep experience in Open Hole and Cased Hole products and technologies.
• Hands-on proficiency with Short Quad Combo, Pressure Testing & Sampling, Imaging, and Cement Evaluation (Sonic & Ultrasonic).
• Familiarity with advanced wireline equipment.
• Strong preference for hands-on experience with SLB Surface Systems.
• Certifications: Valid IADC certification, KIJTB certification, Sea Survival (Prefereble), and PPR (Prefereble).
• Exceptional leadership, crew management, and team motivation skills within dynamic, high-pressure environments.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills with field representatives.
• Demonstrated commitment to strict HSSE compliance, risk assessment, and hazard mitigation.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Independently manage, lead, and supervise wireline crew groups during field execution.
• Confidently communicate with Client Representatives on-site, providing expert advice on logging operations, basic data interpretation, field troubleshooting, and wellsite analysis.
• Oversee and maintain logging equipment at both the wellsite and the operational workshop to ensure specialized well completion and service delivery.
• Coach, mentor, and develop junior engineers and field technicians to upgrade team capability and operational standards.
• Efficiently manage, develop, and optimize project resources to drive successful client project delivery.
• Uphold safety standards by conducting thorough operational risk assessments and enforcing HSE compliance across all site activities.
• Maintain high agility and problem-solving focus in fast-changing operational environments.
