Head of Digitalization

What You'll Do:

1. Study end-to-end business processes across the firm and identify digitalization opportunities — with the objective of improving productivity or efficiency
2. Build the value case for each opportunity — quantified in cost, effort, and competitive edge
3. Create Business Requirements Documents that translate business needs into an actionable technical implementation strategy, and lead buy / build / rent decisions
4. Partner with IT and business owners on delivery, and run PMO oversight through to benefit realization
5. Liaise with department heads and secure buy-in across the organization
6. Build and lead the digitalization team as the function scales

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven track record of personally leading a digitalization or process-transformation initiative end-to-end, with results to show
2. Knowledge and experience in digital transformation within a financial institution
3. Strong technology fluency and awareness of current trends — AI, automation/RPA, low-code, cloud, SaaS — enough to make credible sourcing decisions
4. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills;
5. Strong business and value-case literacy (cost-to-income, productivity, ROI)
6. Sound governance judgment — data privacy, model risk, cost thresholds
7. Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. Background in capital markets, banking, consulting, or financial services is an advantage
8. Work Experience: Bank & Financial Services minimum 3 year(s)
