Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Tax/Finance roles or 8 years of overall professional experience, with team leadership exposure.
- Tax Brevet A & B certification is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of insurance accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, reporting, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Job Description
- Lead and oversee tax calculation, payment, filing, reconciliation, and annual tax return (SPT Tahunan) processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
- Review financial, management, regulatory, and Board of Directors reports, including profitability, underwriting surplus, performance, and other corporate reporting requirements.
- Ensure alignment between accounting records and tax reporting, while supporting management with ad-hoc reporting and strategic initiatives.
