Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering;
- Preferably based in or originally from Riau;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, operations, or maintenance of oil & gas surface facilities or petrochemical facilities;
- Strong technical and analytical skills; relevant certifications/licenses are an advantage.
- Good understanding of oil & gas industry codes and standards;
- Provide process engineering support, including technical analysis, troubleshooting, and recommendations for operational issues;
- Manage Management of Change (MOC) in accordance with company procedures;
- Initiate facility improvement and optimization to address and mitigate technical issues;
- Strong conceptual thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills;
- Willing to be assigned to Riau;
- Available to join immediately.
