Professional Electrician

Qualifications:

• Minimum work experience Bachelor's Degree (S1): 7 years or Diploma (D3): 10 years or Senior High School/Vocational School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent: 15 years;
• Proven experience in electrical engineering within the oil & gas or mining industry;
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the operation, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial electrical systems and equipment;
• Proficient in electrical systems, including but not limited to Power generation and distribution, Switchgear and transformers, Motors and generators, UPS/DC power systems, Electrical panels and control systems, Grounding and lightning protection, Protection relays, HVAC electrical systems, Lighting and power systems;
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, singleline diagrams, technical specifications, manuals, and engineering documentation;
• Sound understanding of applicable electrical codes, industry standards, and government regulations, with the ability to ensure safe and compliant work practices;
• Strong knowledge of QHSSE principles, process safety, and occupational health & safety requirements;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary environments;
• Willing to work on offshore and onshore operational schedules;
• Basic Sea Survival (BSS), Basic Fire Fighting (BFF), Working at Height, Confined Space Entry, Electrical Safety (K3 Listrik), BNSP Rigger Certification, or Overhead Crane Operator License.
