Job Description

1. Assist in the development and implementation of sustainability culture and engagement programs
2. Create content for internal communications, including newsletters and emails, to promote sustainability efforts.
3. Engage with employees to gather feedback and encourage participation in sustainability programs.
4. Assist in organizing and facilitating workshops, meetings, and training sessions.
5. Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders on sustainability projects.
6. Conduct research on sustainability regulations, policies, and emerging legal developments.
7. Monitor ESG, climate, energy transition, and sustainability reporting requirements.
8. Support the development and review of sustainability policies, guidelines, and governance documents.
9. Assist in legal and policy assessments for sustainability initiatives and partnerships.
10. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on sustainability-related matters.
11. Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and management materials.
12. Conduct benchmarking on sustainability best practices and industry trends.

Requirements

1. Tingkat Pendidikan : S1
2. Jurusan : International Relations, Economics, Communications, Industrial Engineering, Management, Hukum
3. Strong interest in sustainability & business issues
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
5. Previous experience in event planning or project management
6. Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting
