1. CERTIFIED INTERNSHIP PROGRAM – Billing and Settlement for WABA : Workflow Database For Ease Monitor and Control

• Jenjang pendidikan: S1.
• Jurusan: Teknik Industri, Akuntansi Bisnis, Ekonomi.
• IPK minimal: 3.1.

Job Description :

focuses on enhancing the billing and settlement workflow for WABA (WhatsApp Business API). Analyzing business processes, Identifying operational pain points in billing, invoicing, and collection, and proposing improvements using Microsoft Office 365 tools such as Excel and Power BI. You will collaborate with the team and consultants to design, test, and implement a solution that improves monitoring and control. Throughout the project, you will contribute to problem-solving discussions, participate in workflow development, and support the rollout of the final solution to end users.

Qualification of intern :

• Final-year student or recent graduate  in Industrial Engineering , Economi, Acounting.
• Minimum GPA 3.00
• Good English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI (Power Platform experience is a plus).
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset

2. CERTIFIED INTERNSHIP PROGRAM – Project SalesForce Dashboard for Enterprise Solution

Job Description :

Create a dashboard that showing total opportunities in various stage which requires support from Enterprise Solution to finally be a daily insights for the operation.

Qualification of intern :

• Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Information Technology
• Minimum GPA 3,00
• Great communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Having data management skills

3. CERTIFIED INTERNSHIP PROGRAM – Project Design Cable Landing Station

• Jenjang pendidikan: S1.
• Jurusan: Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
• IPK minimal: 3.1.

Job Description :

Support the Cable Landing Station (CLS) design project. The role involves assisting in the design planning, budget preparation (RAB – Rencana Anggaran Biaya), and coordination with external consultants to ensure timely and accurate project deliverables.

Qualification of intern :

• Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum GPA 3.00
• Strong interest in infrastructure design and telecommunications projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; familiarity with AutoCAD or other design tools is a plus.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

4. CERTIFIED INTERNSHIP PROGRAM – Project Neuapix WABA and Neutrafix Operational Excellence

• Jenjang pendidikan: S1.
• Jurusan: Computer Science Education, Computer Science and Information Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications, Informatics.
• IPK minimal: 3.1.

Job Description :

Monitoring & Initial troubleshooting related Neuapix and neutrafix, SOP/MOP for Neuapix & Nuetraffix, Problem Management report for recent case, Coordination with related unit to follow up the case

Qualification of intern :

• Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science (preferably), Information Systems, or other engineering disciplines related to telecommunications, such as Electrical Engineering (acceptable).
• Minimum GPA 3.00
• Basic understanding of APIs, telecommunications technologies (Voice, A2P, WABA), and ticketing systems. Familiarity with advanced API communication and basic SQL is a plus.
• Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to work with response time and SLA data.
• Able to write clear issue summaries and has basic English proficiency for documentation purposes.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a structured thinker.

5. CERTIFIED INTERNSHIP PROGRAM – Project Digital Platform UI/UX Design

• Jenjang pendidikan: S1.
• Jurusan: Informatics, Art and Computer Science, Visual Communication Design, Visual Communication Design Study, Desain Produk Industri.
• IPK minimal: 3.1.

Job Description :

Support the Digital Product Development team in designing user-centered interfaces and enhancing user experience across Telin’s digital platforms. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and content teams to turn functional requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs. This includes user research, wireframing, prototyping, and assisting in user testing and iteration processes.

Qualification of intern :

• Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Visual Communication Design, Product Design, Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA : 3,00
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and methodologies
• Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design, Able to use Figma (primary) and/or Adobe XD, Sketch
• Participation in design competitions, portfolio projects, or previous internship experience is a plus

6. CERTIFIED INTERNSHIP PROGRAM – Project TIASOP | TNEX | NEUAPIX | TEAMMATE

Job Description :

Requirement Gathering & Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements and Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Qualification of intern :

• Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Information Technology / Telecomunication Engineering / Information System / Industrial Technology.
• Minimum GPA 3.00
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and transformation strategies.
• Having knowledge on Project Management and Agile Methodology will be an advantage.
• Ability to learn new things quickly , Self motivated.
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented and organized.
• Fluent in English with a minimum TOEFL score of 500 or an IELTS score of 6.

7. CERTIFIED INTERNSHIP PROGRAM – Project Contract Management

Support the Legal Division in the preparation and management of contracts and legal documentation. This role provides hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, and coordinating the finalization of various types of agreements, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies.

• Minimum GPA 3.00
• Strong interest in corporate legal work, especially in contract law.
• Good understanding of legal writing and document formatting.
