Lowongan Kerja BUMN – PT Asuransi Jiwa Inhealth Indonesia (Mandiri Inhealth) telah memulai perjalanan bisnis di bidang penyedia program jaminan kesehatan komersial sebagai unit bisnis dari PT Askes (Persero) sejak tahun 1992. Pada tahun 2009, kami menyelenggarakan program jaminan kesehatan komersial dengan sistem Managed Care untuk perusahaan swasta, BUMN, dan institusi pemerintahan dengan memperoleh izin usaha dibidang Asuransi Jiwa berdasarkan surat dari Menteri Keuangan Nomor KEP-38/KM.10/2009. Pada 26 Juni 2024 terjadi perubahan struktur kepemilikan saham PT Asuransi Jiwa Inhealth Indonesia dengan komposisi pemegang saham PT Asuransi Jiwa IFG 80% dan PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk 20%.

Dalam rangka mewujudkan peran BUMN sebagai mesin pertumbuhan ekonomi, akselerator kesejahteraan sosial (social welfare), penyediaan lapangan kerja dan penyedia talenta, dibutuhkan transformasi SDM BUMN, salah satunya melalui penetapan Nilai-nilai Utama (Core Values) SDM BUMN sebagai identitas dan perekat budaya kerja yang mendukung peningkatan kinerja secara berkelanjutan. SDM BUMN diharapkan mengetahui, mengimplementasikan, dan menginternalisasikan Nilai-nilai Utama tersebut secara sungguh-sungguh, konsisten, dan konsekuen sehingga tercermin dalam perilaku keseharian dan membentuk budaya kerja BUMN sebagaimana ditekankan dalam SE-7/MBU/07/2020 Tentang Nilai-nilai Utama (Core Values) Sumber Daya Manusia Badan Usaha Milik Negara.
Maka dari itu PT Asuransi Jiwa Inhealth Indonesia (Inhealth) kembali membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja terbaru untuk sejumlah posisi yang dibutuhkan. Lowongan Kerja BUMN PT Asuransi Jiwa Inhealth Indonesia (Mandiri Inhealth)
1. DATA ANALYST
Jawa Tengah
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst (fresh graduates are welcome with strong analytical skills)
- Proficiency in data processing tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python, or R
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis techniques
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills wer
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in handling data
Job Responsibility
- Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources to generate insights that support business decision-making
- Prepare regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) related to business performance and operational metrics.
- Develop dashboards and data visualizations to present information in a clear and user- friendly manner.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and data cleaning processes.
- Manage and query databases to support analysis and reporting needs.
2. CORPORATE COMMUNICATION & BRANDING STAFF
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Communications or Branding
- Strong competencies in: Public Relations /Event Management / Copywriting/Photography & Videography / Graphic Design
- Proficient in Microsoft Office inhealth
- Willing to work at Head Office (Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta)
Job Responsibility
- Manage and monitor all corporate communication activities, both internal and external, to ensure consistent messaging and a strong corporate image.
- Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with media partners, as well as conduct media monitoring to analyze company exposure and public sentiment.
- Plan, write, and distribute communication materials such as press releases, articles, and other publication content in line with the company’s communication strategy.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of the company’s annual report, including content development and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop creative content and visual materials (photos, videos, graphic designs) to support corporate communication and branding needs
3. PROVIDER RELATION OFFICER
Requirements:
- Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (s1) in Health-related fields (Nursing, Midwifery, or equivalent)
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in a Third Party Administration (TPA) or in the Health Insurance industry
- Able to communicate effectively in both Indonesian and English
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experienced in building and managing partnerships with strategic healthcare providers
- Willing to work at the Cirebon & Tangerang
Job Responsibility
- Conduct evaluation and monitoring of healthcare provider performance
- Establish and manage partnerships with strategic healthcare providers
- Provide medical input related to healthcare services and Review medical cases when necessary
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding service and claim processes
- Support the development and improvement of the company’s healthcare service quality
