Lowongan Kerja BUMN – PT Elnusa Petrofin (EPN) adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang minyak dan gas yang berfokus pada jasa logistik dan distribusi bahan bakar. EPN merupakan anak perusahaan dari PT Elnusa Tbk, yang merupakan anak perusahaan dari PT Pertamina Hulu Energi.
PT Elnusa Petrofin juga merupakan salah satu ujung tombak Pertamina dalam mendistribusikan BBM PSO (public service obligation) dan BBM One Price ke seluruh Indonesia. EPN memiliki kantor cabang di berbagai kota besar di Indonesia, dan jaringan bisnis yang luas yang meliputi Sumatra, Jawa, Bali, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Papua, dan Nusa Tenggara.

Dalam rangka mewujudkan peran BUMN sebagai mesin pertumbuhan ekonomi, akselerator kesejahteraan sosial (social welfare), penyediaan lapangan kerja dan penyedia talenta, dibutuhkan transformasi SDM BUMN, salah satunya melalui penetapan Nilai-nilai Utama (Core Values) SDM BUMN sebagai identitas dan perekat budaya kerja yang mendukung peningkatan kinerja secara berkelanjutan. CSR Analyst
Position Summary:
The CSR Analyst at Elnusa Petrofin is responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and community development programs. The role ensures alignment with the company’s ESG framework and governance principles, fostering sustainable relationships with stakeholders, enhancing corporate reputation, and contributing to the socio-economic growth of local communities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Development and Planning
- Design and develop CSR strategies and programs aligned with the company’s core values, ESG framework, and sustainability goals.
- Identify community needs and opportunities for impactful CSR initiatives, particularly in areas where the company operates.
- Prepare annual CSR work plans and budgets, ensuring feasibility and alignment with organizational objectives.
2. Program Implementation
- Coordinate and execute CSR activities, including environmental, educational, health, and socio-economic initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders (local communities, NGOs, government agencies) to ensure successful program delivery.
- Oversee the rollout of community development programs, ensuring adherence to timelines and allocated budgets.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and local communities, fostering trust and mutual understanding.
- Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, community leaders, and other key stakeholders.
- Represent Elnusa Petrofin in external events, conferences, and forums related to CSR and community development.
4. Monitoring and Evaluation
- Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to measure the impact and effectiveness of CSR initiatives.
- Prepare regular progress reports, impact assessments, and success stories for internal and external stakeholders.
- Recommend improvements and innovations for ongoing programs based on evaluation findings.
5. Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure all CSR activities comply with local regulations, company policies, and international standards.
- Prepare reports on CSR performance for internal management, shareholders, and regulatory authorities.
- Promote transparency in CSR reporting by aligning with frameworks such as GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) or SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) indicators.
6. Team Leadership and Development
- Supervise and guide the CSR team, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and mission.
- Provide training and capacity-building programs for the team to enhance their skills and knowledge in community development and sustainability practices.
- Encourage collaboration and innovation within the team.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Environmental Studies, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in CSR, community development, or sustainability roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Skills:
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Analytical skills for monitoring and evaluating program outcomes.
- Knowledge of ESG principles, sustainability frameworks, and CSR best practices.
- Proficiency in reporting and using data-driven insights to guide decisions.
