Lowongan Kerja BUMN PT Freeport Indonesia

 

1. Central Services – Engineer, Electrical #1

Tembagapura, Papua

The purpose of this position is:

Provide proper engineering project design services according to Safety and International Standard and project support during construction phase for all Jobsite areas, to ensure the achievement of the customers’ needs and requirements within the budget and time frame according to company’s policies and procedures.

The key duties and responsibilities of this position are :

  1. Perform one discipline for calculation and design of standard task to be processed by designer.
  2. Prepare function, specification, calculation, and material in one datasheet follow the International Standard.
  3. Coordinate and cooperate with Lead designer for the drawing process to ensure the schedule and following to the specification as per request or revise.
  4. Adopt and revise any input/suggestion from designer in drawing process that able to result in cost deduction and or other point of view.
  5. Act as quality for material specifications and technical implementation in the field.
  6. Communicate with client and other related party to avoid re-work and ensure the customer satisfaction.
  7. Assist and infrequently prepare material specification and check the quantity to be used for further process of material take-off team.
  8. Evaluate the current systems to identify and develop recommendation for preventive action and continuous improvement.

The key challenges in this position include :

  • To design and ensure the output is according with client request, on schedule and on budget.
  • To design a project using as much as possible surplus materials available in warehouse or proceed direct charge purchase order if required.
  • To ensure the drawing is according with the specification and following International Standard.

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

Minimum Education and Experience :

  • S1 Degree in Electrical Engineering majoring in Power System with minimum five (5) years experience in electrical design, preferable from EPC consultant & related field.
  • Have projects experience in power system study such as load flow, short circuit analysis, arc flash calculation, relay protection coordination, motor acceleration study, etc.
  • Have extensive experience in developing Front End Engineering Design (FEED), Detail Engineering Design (DED) and developing material datasheet/specification for procurement purposes.

Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters) :

  • Analytical skill.
  • English (Min TOEFL Score 500).
  • Project management skill.
  • Knowledge of the field.
  • Communication, human relation and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate software skill in ETAP, DIALux, AutoCAD and Microsoft Offices.
  • Familiar with SEL & Multilin programming by using software acSELerator Quickset, Enervista, etc.
  • Knowledge of electrical international standard such as ANSI, IEEE, IEC, NFPA, NEC, NEMA, IES, NESC & GOI standard such as SNI, PUIL, etc.

2. Compensation & Benefit Management – Manager, HR Compensation & Benefits

Jakarta

The purpose of this position is:

Provides expert advice of Strategic Reward Management to PTFI Management to ensure PTFI is attractive compared to Market and can retain its High Performing/High Potential Employees; Plan and design PTFI corporate Compensation and Benefits strategy as well as education and communication programs to employees; Oversees Compensation and Benefits matters for PTFI as well as Privatized Companies to ensure accuracy and timely execution with minimum negative impact.

The key duties and responsibilities of this position are:

  1. Ensure that legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective labor agreement and assess industry trends to be considered on developing and implementing reward management.
  2. Plan and design corporate cash and non-cash compensation and benefits as part of total reward management and to increase the quality of life for employees.
  3. Plan, develop, and strategize employee education and communication programs on company reward management system as part employee awareness program through optimizing line management’s involvement on those programs.
  4. Ensure that market salary survey provides accurate salary and benefits data and information including market participants design, type of salary information, consultants etc as to get accurate external competitiveness position against market and to allow proper comparison between jobs, grades and overall company compensation and benefits.
  5. Plan and develop a cost-of-living allowance survey and its monitoring system to be used for collective labor agreement salary adjustment recommendation as outlined in the collective labor agreement by engaging Union and other stakeholders to accept the system and participate into the program actively.
  6. Prepare and design non-staff compensation and benefits analysis based on the inputs taken and or other data info collected from any sources as to support collective labor agreement negotiation meeting.
  7. Review, plan/design, and implement competitive compensation and benefits program to attract and retain our high potential and performed employees.
  8. Ensure that staff compensation and benefits transaction and annual adjustments are in time and accurately implemented based on Sr. Management’s direction and guideline.
  9. Lead the C&B team in the development, delivery, and evaluation of HRM services and programs and maintain productive and motivated staff by ensuring effective delegation, communication, and teamwork such that all HRM services and programs are cost effective and highly responsive to customers’ needs.
  10. Provide expert advice and direction to management of privatized company in handling labor issues related to reward management to prevent unfavorable condition which may affect the PTFI operation and to protect the interest of PTFI.
  11. Cooperate with Expatriate Admin in performing and maintaining PTFI executive employees’ salary administration (grade 6) to ensure that we provide competitive compensation package to attract and retain an experienced workforce.
  12. Oversee compensation for PTFI partner companies and act as a partner and advisor to the contract group, ensuring contractor compensation aligns with PTFI’s strategic goals.

The key challenges in this position include:

  • Ensuring PTFI is keeping attractive Reward Management and can retain its High Performing/High Potential Employees.
  • Ensuring education and communication strategy regarding C&B matters is effectively reaching all employees and helping them in understanding their C&B structures as well as the philosophy.
  • Ensuring that PTFI is keeping update with any changes in the market and regulation and able to provide the alternative solution of the challenge.

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

Minimum Education & Experience

  • S1 Degree in Management or Human Resources (Preferably S2) with at least 12 years of experiences in Corporate HR Compensation & Benefits. Mining industry background is preferable.

  • Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefit programs, policies, and procedure and applicable law.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS.

3. Geo Engineering – Engineer Surface & Regional Monitoring

Tembagapura, Papua

Provide geotechnical monitoring and analysis to ensure PTFI sustainable safe mining in all PTFI work area (Surface, Regional and Underground Mines), in which associated with geotechnical risk mitigation include UG Mines Production area, UG Mines facilities, Surface infrastructure damage prevention and Regional Mine Supply Road safely and effectively.

The key duties and responsibility of this position are:

  1. Maintain and improve section safety performance by enforcing and following company standards to meet PT Freeport Indonesia safety and Environmental programs standards to meet PT Freeport Indonesia safety and Environmental programs.
  2. Analyze seismic monitoring data to indicate ground response and seismic related hazards to ensure the safety of underground facilities, access, and production areas.
  3. Update database system for geotechnical data/information and reports/recommendation so the database is accessible and preservable.
  4. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly report for reviewing from senior engineers/Superintendent.
  5. Develop his skills and knowledge to go along with new technology and methods to improve the service to clients and cope with new project and case study in block cave mining.
  6. Intense coordination with Organization Leader/direct supervisor for client requirement.

The key challenges in this position include.

  • Large coverage area and complex geotechnical hazard of the UG Mines, Regional Highland-Lowland, and Surface geotechnical issue.
  • Coordinate in effective way to communicate with various type of PTFI Stakeholders/Divisions.
  • Discover the most effective way in influencing or convincing others to follow and implement the TARP, in-depth analysis, and geotechnical recommendation.
  • Communicate & excellence coordination with supervisor, multiculture teamwork and must be energetic & highly work ethic in dynamic geotechnical tasks.

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are

  • S1 or S2 degree in Geology or Mining or Geotechnical or Civil or Geophysics engineering Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters) with 2 years’ experience on geotechnical/mining.
  • Have knowledge of basic theory of rock mechanics and geotechnical engineering from university course work.
  • Be able to communicate & excellence coordinate with supervisor, multiculture teamwork and must be energetic & highly work ethic.
  • English for both oral and written.
  • Computer, such as VULCAN, AUTOCAD, Seismic and Mining Software (Deswik, Voxler, GIS, etc.).

  • Good understanding in practical mining engineering and geotechnical engineering software.
  • Have knowledge of basic theory of rock mechanics and geotechnical engineering from university course work.

4. Smelter Operation Readiness – Environmental Engineer

Job brief

Environmental Engineer is responsible in providing engineering technical expertise, guidance and leadership for Environmental projects and programs at assigned site.

Role Spesific Competencies

  • Additional certification or licensure appropriate to the job may be required or preferred
  • Knowledge of environmental compliance, permitting, incident investigating and reporting protocols
  • Able to research and analyze information of considerable difficulty and draw valid conclusions
  • Skilled in managing large/complex environmental projects
  • Ability to evaluate and implement new methods and techniques for operational improvement
  • Able to analyze a wide range of soil, water and air samples to recognize potential environmental hazards
  • Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions
  • Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Technology, Earth Science or related Natural Science (such as Biology, Chemistry, Geology, Hydrology, Forestry, Agriculture, Meteorology, Environmental/Natural Resource Management), or Mathematics/Computer Science including Accounting and Finance, or Business Management, or other Bachelor’s degree and five (3) years of related experience,
  • OR Master’s degree in a related field and three (1) years of related experience
