1. Smelter Operation Readiness – Supervisor Sales Operation Planning

The purpose of this position:

Supervisor Sales Operations Planning is responsible for helping the company sell products to the customers by analyzing current market trends, creating sales plan and sales report, conducting data and statistical analysis on the company’s sales performance. Including all activities related to Sales Operations Planning & Controlling in PTFI Smelter, PT Smelting (PTS), and Freeport Manyar Refinery (FMR) plants.

The key duties and responsibilities of this position:

  1. Engages and works directly and collaboratively with all stakeholders during the sales process to execute sales expansion and mkaintenance strategies using company programs, solutions and services to address customer specific needs.
  2. Establishes projected sales and inventory volume for each products and monitors sales performance.
  3. Provides a weekly & monthly report that summarizes the sales performance, sales forecast (prognose), and sales achievement (PTFI Smelter, PTS, and FMR plants).

3. Smelter Operation Readiness – Superintendent Precious Metal Freight & Transport

The purpose of this position:

  1. Freight & Transport Superintendent will be responsible for leading 3PL engagement and day to day operation within outbound logistic function. The position will have the ownership of the relation and day to day communication including KPI monitor of all 3PL.
  2. This position will oversee the day to day operation performance in outbound logistic including 3PL engagement, 3PL performance and making sure lead time precision from plant handover to final shipment to customers destination.
  3. In addition, raising to outbound planning superintendent if any dispute of capacity planning vs actual or any overseen potential backlog/ bottleneck in the distribution pipeline.
  4. Freight & Transport Superintendent will also be responsible for the custom process both export and import from KEK to customers. Including managing and engagement to custom brokers to secure FCX PBC compliance.
  5. This leadership position plays a critical role in ensuring that finish products and by products from both PTFI Smelter and MMR will be loaded and headed to customers location on time and based on agreed SLA in sales contract.

The purpose of this position is:

Supporting in PTFI Smelter and PMRs end to end process on Account Receivables area

The key duties and responsibilities of this position are:

  1. Monitor Incoming Fund on A/R Settlement on daily basis
  2. Perform clearing bank account on A/R Settlement
  3. Support Accountant on preparing Payroll Data before submitted to Payroll Department
  4. Maintain Overtime Calculation for Non-staff employee
  5. Support Accountant on preparing cash incoming/cash disbursement voucher
  6. Support Accountant on preparing daily cash balance report

The key challenges in this position include:

  1. How to lead in reviewing, verifying and checking the details of paperwork. With total amount +/- US $10 million dollars and +/- 18,500 paperwork, the incumbent should have enough education and experience, including the ability to ensure the paperwork are valid charge code, supporting back up, correct amount, and processed on timely manner according to the company procedures.
  2. How to handle any problem arise such as initiate appropriate action taken to counter non-compliance account receivable activities with PTFI policy and unfavorable outstanding receivable to employees and vendors/third parties and keep maintaining the solution within group.

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

Minimum Education & Experience

  • S1(bachelor) in Majoring Management/Accounting. Has deep knowledge in internal control function and related regulation with Companys business such as FCPA, government and tax regulation and has minimum at least 1-3 years experiences in finance and accounting of a multinational company or a managerial position as an internal/external auditor with a proven managerial skills and work experience in the international public accounting firm.

The purpose of this position:

  1. Distribution Planning and Coordination Supervisor will be responsible for the daily distribution and flow planning as well as flow optimization.
  2. Securing distribution capacity align with market focus and production volume will be part of the responsibility.
  3. This position will lead the distribution optimization of existing facility and most effective flow within Gresik and Surabaya.

The key duties and responsibilities of this position:

  1. Responsible for data update and accuracy on freight market price, capability, freight market condition in ID and market focus country.
  2. Responsible for defining optimum solution between bulk and containerized based on commercial needs and lead time precision.
  3. Responsible in developing the optimum network solution for finish and by products distribution that align with commercial needs.

The purpose of this position:

  1. Cost Analyst and Contract Review Supervisor will in charge of collecting and analyzing the Outbound Logistic Division costs, look for the inconsistencies and inefficiencies by tracking the costs and monitoring the expenses compare with the budget, and be able to draw conclusions and improvement from the data.
  2. This position will also in charge of reviewing all the contract related with Outbound Logistic Division such as 3rd Party Logistics (3PL), Freight Forwarder (FF), Shipping Lines, Surveyor, and other Vendors or Suppliers, and identifying any loopholes and potential legal as well as financial risks.
