Lowongan Kerja BUMN – PT Vale Indonesia Tbk adalah perusahan tambang dan pengolahan nikel terintegrasi yang beroperasi di Blok Sorowako, Desa Sorowako, Kecamatan Nuha, Kabupaten Luwu Timur, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Vale Indonesia merupakan bagian dari Vale, perusahaan multitambang asal Brasil.

BUMN Holding Industri Pertambangan, PT Mineral Industri Indonesia (Persero) (“MIND ID”), mengumumkan penyelesaian transaksi pembelian sekitar 14% saham divestasi PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (“PT Vale”) dari Vale Canada Limited (“VCL“) dan Sumitomo Metal Mining Co., Ltd. (“SMM“).

Melalui penyelesaian transaksi ini, MIND ID resmi menjadi pemegang saham terbesar di PT Vale dengan porsi saham yang meningkat dari 20,0% menjadi sekitar 34,0%. Sedangkan kepemilikan VCL berkurang dari 44,4% menjadi sekitar 33,9%, dan kepemilikan SMM berkurang dari 15,0% menjadi sekitar 11,5%.

Automation Engineer

Work Location: Sorowako

To do automation technical supports, automation studies, and automation projects across Process Plant Department to solve problems, to sustain performance, or to realize improvement initiatives in safe, timeefficient, cost-efficient, workforce-effective, target-oriented, and quality-oriented manners.

Accountabilities:

1. Do automation technical supports for Process Plant Operation Groups, Process Plant Maintenance Groups, Process Plant Engineering Group, and Capital Project Management Group to solve problems and to sustain performance in safe, time-efficient, cost-efficient, workforce-effective, target-oriented, and quality-oriented manners.
2. Conduct program development for junior Engineer and maintenance crews to improve their knowledge by providing sharing/tutorial hands-on or knowledge presentation that is share in the class.
3. Conduct automation studies in small scale to make automation improvement initiatives feasible and to complete FELs 1 – 3 requirements for capital project in safe, time-efficient, cost-efficient, and quality-oriented manners and Act as project engineer or project automation design engineer for automation projects to execute these automation projects with referring to PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (PTVI) project delivery system.
4. Lead a small team in the project/task during project execution phase (construction, commissioning and startup).
5. Develop process safety assessment required by project/task such as Risk Asessment, Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Stop Work Authority (SWP), Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA), Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA) and etc.
6. Update PTVI Operational Technology (OT) documents and standards to keep those documentations up-to-date, and Execute Vale Global OT standards implementation on PTVI OT standards to realize the results of colaboration with Vale Global OT Team.
7. Execute automation section’s annual safety program in his/her work to prevent incident/accident from happening and to achieve compliance with safety effectiveness/improvement program of Energy-Logistic & Mining Department.
8. Execute automation section’s annual personnel development program assigned to him/her to achieve automation personnel competencies and to support career and succession plans and to keep personal automation technical expertise up-to-date to be able to technically perform his/her works and to be able to properly act as automation technical advisor for Energy-Logistic & Mining Management.

Technical Specializations:

• Familiar with Automation Functional Description and control system international standard (National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), International Society of Automation (ISA), etc.)
• Design and implement Network and Infrastructure solutions/architecture for Automation/Operational Technology Systems
• Mandatory deep knowledge of Automation Server-Client System
• Familiar with Automation Process Control Network
• Mandatory knowledge in Automation supporting Software Applications (Human Machine Interface, Network System, and Automation DC Status Monitoring)
• Knowledge in Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) configuration and implementation (Preferable)
• Automation Infrastructure System Conceptual Design (Preferable)

Requirements:

• Mandatory bachelor’s degree/S1 in Information Technology, Informatics Engineering, Information Systems and Computer Science
• Hold Cisco Certified Network Associate certification (CCNA)
• Data Center Virtualization Specification (VCP)
• Minimum 4-5 years experiences in a field of automation infrastructures or related field.
• POP certification/POP refreshment/K3 Workshop (preferable)
• Profesi Insinyur Indonesia (PII) member is preferable
• Fluent in English both written and verbal
• Preferably have experience or knowledge in the Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Management System (SMK3L)
