1. Rookie Development Program Engineering & Planning
Job Description
The Rookie development program prepares you for specialist roles across many functions in Garuda Indonesia Group, designed to create and develop highly skill, knowlegde, and attitude employees and professionals in various engineering, planning, and business support functions. You will be trained by highly experienced instructors and leaders in various knowledge aspects throughout your development journey. Starting off with an intensive formal learning followed by experiential and social learning, individual and group assignments across different parts of airline and MRO business.
Minimum Qualifications
- Freshgraduates minimum D4/S1 (Bachelor’s Degree) from Aeronautical Engineering educational background;
- A valid degree/graduation certificate is mandatory;
- Strong analytical skill, good problem solving skill, interpersonal skill, and excellent sense of improvement;
- Ability to work full-time in an office environment and collaborate effectively within a professional team;
- Adherence to company policies and regulations;
- Willingness to be assigned to PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk headquarters in Cengkareng and/or outstation operations;
- Proficiency in English with a minimum TOEIC ITC score of 530;
