Lowongan Kerja BUMN – BRILiaN Future Leader Program (BFLP) – PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk atau biasa disingkat menjadi BRI, adalah sebuah badan usaha milik negara Indonesia yang menyediakan berbagai macam jasa keuangan. Untuk mendukung kegiatan bisnisnya, hingga akhir tahun 2022, bank ini memiliki 449 unit kantor cabang dan 13.863 unit ATM yang tersebar di seantero Indonesia. Bank ini juga memiliki kantor di New York, Hong Kong, Singapura, Cayman Islands, Taiwan, Colmera, Fatuhada, Hudilaran, dan Audian.

Dalam rangka mewujudkan peran BUMN sebagai mesin pertumbuhan ekonomi, akselerator kesejahteraan sosial (social welfare), penyediaan lapangan kerja dan penyedia talenta, dibutuhkan transformasi SDM BUMN, salah satunya melalui penetapan Nilai-nilai Utama (Core Values) SDM BUMN sebagai identitas dan perekat budaya kerja yang mendukung peningkatan kinerja secara berkelanjutan. SDM BUMN diharapkan mengetahui, mengimplementasikan, dan menginternalisasikan Nilai-nilai Utama tersebut secara sungguh-sungguh, konsisten, dan konsekuen sehingga tercermin dalam perilaku keseharian dan membentuk budaya kerja BUMN sebagaimana ditekankan dalam SE-7/MBU/07/2020 Tentang Nilai-nilai Utama (Core Values) Sumber Daya Manusia Badan Usaha Milik Negara.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduates from reputable University.
  2. Communicative, smart and knowledgeable talents with a wide perspective on business and current economic trends.
  3. Educational Background Graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with preferred fields of study include: Economics, Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, Law, Engineering, Communication, Mathematics, Statistics, Agribusiness, and International Relations.
  4. Demonstrated excellence in academic performance and/or non-academic accomplishments is highly valued.
  5. Proven active participation in student organizations, community initiatives, or other extracurricular activities, with demonstrated leadership skills.
  6. Internship or professional experience in banking, finance, corporate finance, or other relevant fields will be favourably considered.
  7. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  8. Language Proficiency
    • Minimum TOEFL or TOEFL Prediction score of 500, or equivalent English proficiency certificate issued by a recognized institution.
    • Proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or another language is an added advantage.
  9. Age Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree graduates: maximum 25 years old (not turning 26 by December 31, 2025).
    • Master’s degree graduates: maximum 27 years old (not turning 28 by December 31, 2025).

2. BRILiaN Future Leader Program (BFLP) IT Wave 3

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduates from Top IT University.
  2. Demonstrated academic or non-academic achievements is highly valued.
  3. Demonstrated active participation in both organizations and community initiatives, with proven leadership capabilities.
  4. Open to graduates from IT and related fields, including Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Electrical and Telecommunications Engineering, and other technology-focused majors.
  5. Holding IT-related certifications is a plus.
  6. Internship experience, freelance work, personal tech projects, involvement in startups, or prior work experience — specifically in IT-related fields — will be considered an advantage.
  7. Achieves a minimum TOEFL or TOEFL Prediction score of 500, or an equivalent English proficiency certification issued by a recognized institution or authorized provider.
  8. Age limits:
    • Bachelor’s degree graduates: maximum 25 years old (not turning 26 by Dec 31, 2025).

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduates from reputable University.
  2. Candidates with internship or work experience in partnership or customer-facing roles, and who possess strong presentation skills, will be preferred.
  3. Candidates are expected to have a professional and well-groomed appearance.
  4. Demonstrated academic or non-academic achievements is highly valued.
  5. Demonstrated active participation in both organizations and community initiatives, with proven leadership capabilities. 
  6. Open to all academic majors.
  7. Achieves a minimum TOEFL or TOEFL Prediction score of 500, or an equivalent English proficiency certification issued by a recognized institution or authorized provider.
  8. Age limits:
    • Bachelor’s degree graduates: maximum 25 years old (not turning 26 by Dec 31, 2025).

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduates form accredited and top local University.
  2. Demonstrate strong and active participation in both organization and community (e.g. BEM, Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa, Pencinta Alam, and similar student initiatives), with proven leadership capabilities.
  3. Actively involved in entrepreneurship and business communities, with hands-on experience in managing business ventures. 
  4. Open to all academic majors preferably in Agribusiness, Engineering, Economics, Social Sciences, or other related fields.
  5. Candidates with proficiency in additional languages (e.g. Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, etc.) are highly valued.
  6. Demonstrated academic or non-academic achievements is highly valued.
  7. Achieves a minimum TOEFL or TOEFL Prediction score of 500, or an equivalent English proficiency certification issued by a recognized institution or authorized provider.

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduates from reputable University.

  3. Demonstrated academic or non-academic achievements is highly valued. 
  4. Demonstrated active participation in both organizations and community initiatives, with proven leadership capabilities. 
  5. Achieves a minimum TOEFL or TOEFL Prediction score of 500, IELTS score of 5,5 or equivalent English proficiency certification issued by a recognized institution or authorized provider.
  6. Age limits:
    • Bachelor’s degree graduates: maximum 25 years old (not turning 26 by Dec 31, 2025).

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduates from reputable University.
  2. Candidates with internship or work experience in sales or customer-facing roles, and who possess strong presentation skills, will be preferred.
  3. Strong English Proficiency; proficient in Mandarin is an added advantage (Hokkien & Hakka languages are also acceptable), Japanese, Korean. 
  4. Candidates are expected to have a professional and well-groomed appearance.
  5. Demonstrated academic or non-academic achievements is highly valued.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduates from accredited University.
  2. Demonstrate strong and active participation in both organization and community (e.g. BEM, Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa, Pencinta Alam, and similar student initiatives), with proven leadership capabilities.
  3. Preferably active in social community or organization (e.g. NGO, Karangtaruna, Kelompok Tani, and similar grassroots initiatives).
  4. Passionate about community development and microfinance.
  5. Open to all academic majors preferably in Economics, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Plantation, Sociology, Anthropology, Forestry, Food Industry Engineering. 
  6. Demonstrate academic or non-academic achievements is highly valued. 
  7. Achieve a minimum TOEFL or TOEFL Prediction score of 500, or an equivalent English proficiency certification issued by a recognized institution or authorized provider.

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduates from accredited University.
  2. Educational background in Management, Economics. Administration, Finance, Law, Accounting, Engineering (industrial, informatics, computer, civil), and Statistic.
  3. Internship or work experience in accounting firm or consulting or related fileds will be favorably considered.
  4. Demonstrated academic or non-academic achievements is highly valued. 
  5. Demonstrated active participation in both organizations and community initiatives, with proven leadership capabilities.
  6. Achieves a minimum TOEFL or TOEFL Prediction score of 500, or an equivalent English proficiency certification issued by a recognized institution or authorized provider.
  7. Age limits:
    • Bachelor’s degree graduates: maximum 25 years old (not turning 26 by Dec 31, 2025).

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduates from reputable University.
  2. Preferably skilled in one of following tools such as Python, SQL, Stata, R, Java, C, Tableau, SAS (for data analytics purposes).
  3. Preferably holds relevant certifications such as Data Analytics and Risk related certification.
  4. Open to all academic majors preferably in Economics, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Mathematic, Statistic and Computer Science.
  5. Demonstrated academic or non-academic achievements is highly valued. 
  6. Demonstrated active participation in both organizations and community initiatives, with proven leadership capabilities. 
  7. Achieves a minimum TOEFL or TOEFL Prediction score of 500, or an equivalent English proficiency certification issued by a recognized institution or authorized provider.
