Untuk mendukung kegiatan bisnisnya, hingga akhir tahun 2022, bank ini memiliki 449 unit kantor cabang dan 13.863 unit ATM yang tersebar di seantero Indonesia. Dalam rangka mewujudkan peran BUMN sebagai mesin pertumbuhan ekonomi, akselerator kesejahteraan sosial (social welfare), penyediaan lapangan kerja dan penyedia talenta, dibutuhkan transformasi SDM BUMN, salah satunya melalui penetapan Nilai-nilai Utama (Core Values) SDM BUMN sebagai identitas dan perekat budaya kerja yang mendukung peningkatan kinerja secara berkelanjutan. What You’ll Do

1. Micro Business Strategist
   You will design and execute micro business development strategies and innovative business models, leveraging comprehensive data analysis and collaborating closely with key stakeholders to drive growth.
2. Micro Business Portfolio Specialist
   You will analyse the micro business portfolio in-depth, monitor its performance, and deliver actionable insights and solutions to ensure sustainable growth.
3. Product Specialist – Micro Banking
   You will create and implement micro banking products — including savings, credit, transactions, and agency services — tailored to customer needs and evolving market trends.

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduates from accredited University.
2. Demonstrate strong and active participation in both organization and community (e.g. BEM, Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa, Pencinta Alam, and similar student initiatives), with proven leadership capabilities.
3. Preferably active in social community or organization (e.g. NGO, Karangtaruna, Kelompok Tani, and similar grassroots initiatives).
4. Passionate about community development and microfinance.
5. Open to all academic majors preferably in Economics, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Plantation, Sociology, Anthropology, Forestry, Food Industry Engineering.
6. Demonstrate academic or non-academic achievements is highly valued.
7. Achieve a minimum TOEFL or TOEFL Prediction score of 500, or an equivalent English proficiency certification issued by a recognized institution or authorized provider.
8.  Age limits:
   • Bachelor’s degree graduates: maximum 25 years old (not turning 26 by Dec 31, 2025).
   • Master’s degree graduates: maximum 27 years old (not turning 28 by Dec 31, 2025).
9. Single (unmarried) and committed to remain unmarried throughout the duration of one year trainee program.
10. Willing to be placed in BRI working office  across Indonesia.

What You’ll Learn

What You’ll Do

1. Rotate across business units in the Small, Medium, and Commercial segments to gain comprehensive (360°) insight into business strategies, credit risk, and market trends.
2. Conduct field visits to analyze customer businesses and deliver tailored financial solutions.​
3. Collaborate closely with senior RMs and branch leaders to assess small business operations, credit analysis, customer relationship management and take part in strategic projects related to financial inclusion, SME ecosystem development, and branch productivity enhancement.​
4. Build and maintain customer portfolios through acquisition, development, and retention strategies.​
5. Develop your leadership potential by driving innovation and collaboration in real-world business scenarios.​

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduates form accredited and top local University.
2. Demonstrate strong and active participation in both organization and community (e.g. BEM, Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa, Pencinta Alam, and similar student initiatives), with proven leadership capabilities.
3. Actively involved in entrepreneurship and business communities, with hands-on experience in managing business ventures.
4. Open to all academic majors preferably in Agribusiness, Engineering, Economics, Social Sciences, or other related fields.
5. Candidates with proficiency in additional languages (e.g. Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, etc.) are highly valued.
6. Demonstrated academic or non-academic achievements is highly valued.
7. Achieves a minimum TOEFL or TOEFL Prediction score of 500, or an equivalent English proficiency certification issued by a recognized institution or authorized provider.
8. Age limits:
