Our Management Trainee Program is designed to prepare fresh graduates for future leadership roles at Mandiri Tunas Finance. Participants will undergo comprehensive training, mentorship from experienced leaders, and cross-functional rotations to gain broad business exposure. The program includes intensive classroom learning and hands-on experience through on-the-job training, providing a strong foundation for career growth within the organization.

Kualifikasi

• Fresh graduates (Bachelor's Degree/S1) or Postgraduates (Master's Degree/S2) from any field of study
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale (or equivalent)
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership potential through active involvement in campus and/or external organizations
• Highly motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable to new challenges
• Willing to remain unmarried throughout the duration of the program
• Willing to be assigned and rotated across business units of PT Mandiri Tunas Finance throughout Indonesia
