Lowongan Kerja Magang BUMN – PT Berdikari adalah bagian dari ID FOOD yang bergerak di bidang peternakan ayam dan sapi. Selain itu, perusahaan yang berkantor pusat di Jakarta ini juga memproduksi furnitur dan menyediakan jasa logistik.
Perusahaan ini didirikan oleh pemerintah Indonesia pada tahun 1966 dengan nama PT Pilot Proyek Berdikari. Perusahaan ini awalnya berbisnis di bidang peternakan sapi dengan modal berupa bekas aset milik Teuku Markam, yakni PT Karkam/Aslam dan PT Sinar Pagi. Pada tanggal 7 April 2000, nama perusahaan ini diubah menjadi “PT Berdikari (Persero)”. Pada bulan Maret 2018, perusahaan ini berekspansi ke bisnis peternakan ayam dengan mengimpor bibit induk ayam sebanyak 36.000 ekor. Pada tahun 2020, perusahaan ini juga mulai memproduksi berbagai olahan daging, seperti sosis, bakso, nugget, dan kornet dengan merek “Be-Best”. Pada tanggal 7 Januari 2022, pemerintah Indonesia resmi menyerahkan mayoritas saham perusahaan ini ke Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia sebagai bagian dari upaya untuk membentuk holding BUMN yang bergerak di bidang pangan, sehingga perusahaan ini tidak lagi menyandang status persero.

Dalam rangka mewujudkan peran BUMN sebagai mesin pertumbuhan ekonomi, akselerator kesejahteraan sosial (social welfare), penyediaan lapangan kerja dan penyedia talenta, dibutuhkan transformasi SDM BUMN, salah satunya melalui penetapan Nilai-nilai Utama (Core Values) SDM BUMN sebagai identitas dan perekat budaya kerja yang mendukung peningkatan kinerja secara berkelanjutan. SDM BUMN diharapkan mengetahui, mengimplementasikan, dan menginternalisasikan Nilai-nilai Utama tersebut secara sungguh-sungguh, konsisten, dan konsekuen sehingga tercermin dalam perilaku keseharian dan membentuk budaya kerja BUMN sebagaimana ditekankan dalam SE-7/MBU/07/2020 Tentang Nilai-nilai Utama (Core Values) Sumber Daya Manusia Badan Usaha Milik Negara.

1. Warehouse & Logistic Intern

The role involves hands-on experience in warehouse operations and may serve as an introduction to the poultry and meat processing industry.
Here’s an overview of the common responsibilities and requirements:
Job Responsibilities:
- Education Background: Students or recent graduates from all majors. Good academic ability and understanding of the food production process, especially poultry.
- Product Handling: Assisting with receiving and storing raw poultry products. Sorting and organizing poultry products in designated areas, ensuring they are properly labeled and stored.
- Inventory Management: Helping maintain accurate inventory records through tracking and logging. Assisting with physical inventory counts and restocking materials as needed.
- Quality Control: Ensuring products meet company quality standards during handling and packaging. Reporting any discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors.
- Packaging and Labeling: Assisting in packaging and labeling products as per company and regulatory standards. Ensuring that all packaged products are ready for shipment.
- Compliance and Safety: Following food safety protocols (e.g., HACCP) and hygiene practices. Adhering to safety regulations to prevent workplace injuries and contamination. Assisting with maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Logistics and Shipping: Supporting the preparation and staging of products for transportation. Helping load and unload trucks and ensure timely dispatch of shipments.
- Collaboration: Working closely with warehouse supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Assisting with special projects or tasks as assigned by management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Interest in warehousing, logistics, or food production.
- Ability to lift heavy products and operate warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks or forklifts, if trained).

2. Production Analyst Intern

Job Responsibilities:
- Educational Requirements: Students or recent graduates from all majors. Good academic ability and understanding of the food production process, especially poultry.
- Production Assistance: Assisting with various stages of poultry production, including slaughtering, plucking, evisceration, cutting, and deboning. Supporting the production team with machine operations, ensuring the smooth flow of poultry products through the processing line.
- Quality Control: Monitoring poultry products for quality during production, ensuring they meet company and regulatory standards. Reporting any issues with product quality or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
- Sanitation and Hygiene: Ensuring work areas and equipment are kept clean and sanitary to meet food safety regulations.
- Food Safety Compliance: Assisting with implementing food safety protocols (e.g., Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, or HACCP). Learning about and adhering to government and industry regulations, such as USDA standards for poultry processing.
- Packaging and Labeling: Helping with the packaging and labeling of processed poultry products. Ensuring that packaged products are accurately labeled and meet weight and appearance standards.
- Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Assisting in operating processing equipment under supervision. Helping with cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of machinery used in production.
- Data Collection: Collecting and recording data on production rates, quality control metrics, and operational efficiency. Assisting with reporting and documentation required for compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Process Improvement: Observing production processes to identify potential areas for efficiency improvements. Participating in team meetings to share observations and suggestions for optimizing production.
