1. Planning & Monitoring Staff
Job Description
- Ensure that the Company’s internal information system runs in accordance with business developments and company needs
- Carry out planning and development of information systems for the future based on the company’s business processes
- Providing support and solutions needed by users
- Carry out the process of identifying user needs that cannot be accommodated by the system
- Ensure user access rights in the system are in accordance with position authority
- Make a new system requirements analysis
- Create documentation for each ongoing project into the information system
- Information system OPEX monitoring
- Ensure that the company’s internal information system does not experience disruption
- Carry out development of the system
- Ensure project implementation is in accordance with the business plan
- Create reports and upload them to internal website
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply with internship experience in administrative.
- Effective communication skills with close attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Strong problem solving and organization skills.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work well with others.
- Mandarin speaker preferred.
2. IT Business Analyst
Job Description
- Create design solution to customers
- Create functional specification to customers
- Prepare and perform UAT based on testing scenario
- Perform training and workshop
- Upload data for implementation
- Perform application configuration
- Analyzing business needs
- Producing reports on application development and implementation
- Analyzing the design of technical system and business models
- Enhancing the quality of IT services
- Update progress to Lead and Project Manager
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering/Mathematics/Physics/Science and Technology from reputable university
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Have minimum 1 year experiences in related position
- Good in database, flowchart and have a basic programming
- Have experiences as System Analyst / Implementer / Developer will be an advantage
- Highly motivated with spirit to learn new things
- Good attitude, commitment to work and good team player
- Good problem solving, analytical and leadership skill
- Ability to work independently or in a group
- Willing to travel to other city
3. IT Sales
Job Description
- Sells product/platform application Bosnet to clients.
- Develop network and customer base.
- Find a new clients.
- Identify and ensure customer retention needs.
- Enquiry customers feedback for product improvement.
- Review and benchmarking internal products and pricing to stay competitive in the same business peers.
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and users within an organization.
- Arrange prospective clients for presentation and demo sessions.
- Make product and price proposal for prospective client.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT Sales, especially as software sales would be good advantage.
- Good in negotiation skill and presentation skill.
- Have vast network and database clients.
- Commitment with integrity, problem solving, analytical, good communication and result oriented.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team and self motivated.
4. Software Developer
Job Description
- Coding with company’s standard methodology and policy.
- Debugging
- Testing
- Technical installation/deployment
- Technical optimization
- Perform database management (Query, Restore Backup, Tuning, etc.)
- Update progress to Lead and Project Manager
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering / Mathematics / Physics / Science and Technology from reputable university.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Has passion for coding.
- Required Skills : VB Net or C# Net or Java / Javascript / PHP / C++ and TSQL (MySQL / SQL Server)
- Willing to work on site from Tebet, Jakarta Selatan.
