As a Junior Relationship Manager at PT Bank Raya Indonesia Tbk, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with the bank's clients in the Denpasar region. This is an on-site, contract role located at Bank Raya CB Denpasar. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing client relationships, identifying customer needs, providing financial solutions and recommendations, monitoring clients' financial performance, and proactively identifying opportunities to grow the bank's business. You will also be responsible for promoting and selling the bank’s products and services, acquiring new customers, expanding existing portfolios, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent relationship management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the financial industry, preferably in relationship management, sales, business development, or banking.
- Proven ability to build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients.
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to identify business opportunities and achieve targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking-related systems.
- Willing to be placed at the location mentioned above.
