Lowongan Kerja – PT Digital Aplikasi Solusi (Digiserve) by Telkom Indonesia (sebelumnya dikenal sebagai Telkomtelstra) adalah sebuah perusahaan telekomunikasi yang berbasis di Jakarta, Indonesia. Setelah diakuisisi oleh PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) melalui TelkomMetra pada September 2021. Digiserve dikenal akan: Managed Network Services, Managed Cloud Services, Wan Optimisation, Software as a Service, Managed Security Services, dan Professional Services. Akta pendiriannya ditandatangani pada Oktober 2014 dengan jumlah pegawai saat ini mencapai lebih dari 200 orang.

Dalam rangka mewujudkan peran BUMN sebagai mesin pertumbuhan ekonomi, akselerator kesejahteraan sosial (social welfare), penyediaan lapangan kerja dan penyedia talenta, dibutuhkan transformasi SDM BUMN, salah satunya melalui penetapan Nilai-nilai Utama (Core Values) SDM BUMN sebagai identitas dan perekat budaya kerja yang mendukung peningkatan kinerja secara berkelanjutan. Maka dari itu PT Digital Aplikasi Solusi (Digiserve) kembali membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja terbaru untuk sejumlah posisi yang dibutuhkan. Lowongan Kerja PT Digital Aplikasi Solusi (Digiserve) by Telkom Indonesia

1. Technical Support

Job Descriptions

• Performing operation and maintenance activities;
• Communicating with manufacturer’s TAC (Technical Assistance Center) and/or utilizing manufacturer’s knowledge base and tools to ensure timely resolutions for any and all arising problems;
• Managing inventory of spare-parts and the procurement process paperwork to obtain sufficient level of stock as per COMPANY’s request;
• Maintaining inventory database and system documentation by regularly updating and auditing their validity;
• Working in a team with COMPANY’s personnel and/or the personnel of COMPANY’s other suppliers

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor degree, or higher, in Telecommunication or Electrical Engineering or Informatics or other relevant discipline;
• Has at least 3 (three) years of relevant work experience in oil and gas environment similar to COMPANY’s working environment;
• Has valid CCNA, CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) Routing & Switching, or Alcatel-Lucent NRS (Network Routing Specialist) Level-2 certification, or higher certification;
• Has attended and passed the examination of Alcatel-Lucent Certified Field Expert (ACFE) training and certification within, maximum, the last 5 (five) years;
• Has attended and passed the examination of ITIL Foundation (or higher) training and certification within, maximum, the last 5 (five) years;
• Capable in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting TCP/IP-based network whose scale is similar to or larger than COMPANY’s networks;
• Capable in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting Voice System (PABX / CUCM);
• Capable to read, create, and understand engineering technical drawings;
• Capable to conveniently write and converse in Bahasa Indonesia and English;
• Capable to work independently as well as in a team with COMPANY’s or other supplier’s personnel;
• Has good safety awareness in conducting the Work.

2. Solution Architect – SDA

Job Descriptions

• Gather and evaluate detailed customer requirements to define the Scope of Work (SoW) that aligns with business needs;
• Design comprehensive technical solutions, including system topology, feature integration, Bill of Materials (BoM), device and system mappings, location planning, Service Level Agreements (SLA), and Scope of Work (SoW);
• Develop and document implementation plans with clear timelines and Responsibility Assignment Matrices (RACI) to ensure smooth execution;
• Create post-implementation scenarios focusing on service availability, SLA management, spare parts provisioning, and after-sales support;
• Act as a technical coordinator to align opportunities and solutions among sales teams, product owners, and vendors;
• Collaborate with the commercial team to develop business proposals that meet customer expectations and provide optimal solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Presales or Solution Architect role;
• Demonstrated expertise in designing industry-standard network solutions;
• Strong knowledge of connectivity technologies such as IP VPN, L2VPN, DWDM, and FTTx;
• Comprehensive understanding of network and security technologies, including SD-WAN, SDN, SASE, and ATP;
• Familiarity with the entire solution design process, from assessment and design to proposal writing, technical presentations, and addressing technical clarifications.

3. Cybersecurity Presales

Job Descriptions

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and develop tailored solutions based on our cybersecurity services and technology offerings;
• Understand and articulate customer needs, pain points and business requirements, translating them into technical solutions;
• Conduct technical presentations for potential clients, showcasing the features, capabilities, and benefits of our solutions;
• Create and deliver technical documents such as HLD, bill of material, scope of works including RFI/RFP responses and proposals;
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as Commercial and Service Delivery to provide feedback on customer requirements and contribute to the enhancement of our solutions;
• Coordination with external parties (vendors, principals, distributors) to obtain required information (technical specifications, demo equipment) to provide technical solutions;
• Engage in proof-of-concept (POC) activities with clients to demonstrate the effectiveness and value of our solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT security / cybersecurity solutions in pre-sales, technical sales, or consulting roles;
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions such as EDR, NDR, XDR, SIEM, SOAR, etc;
• Familiar with IT security technologies such as next-generation firewalls, cloud security, IPS/IDS, etc;
• Familiarity with relevan cybersecurity frameworks and regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO 27000);
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English (written and spoken);
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet) preferred but not mandatory;
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address customer needs and challenges;
• Fast learner, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively across teams.
