Lowongan Kerja – PT Digital Aplikasi Solusi (Digiserve) by Telkom Indonesia (sebelumnya dikenal sebagai Telkomtelstra) adalah sebuah perusahaan telekomunikasi yang berbasis di Jakarta, Indonesia. Setelah diakuisisi oleh PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) melalui TelkomMetra pada September 2021. Digiserve dikenal akan: Managed Network Services, Managed Cloud Services, Wan Optimisation, Software as a Service, Managed Security Services, dan Professional Services. Akta pendiriannya ditandatangani pada Oktober 2014 dengan jumlah pegawai saat ini mencapai lebih dari 200 orang.

Dalam rangka mewujudkan peran BUMN sebagai mesin pertumbuhan ekonomi, akselerator kesejahteraan sosial (social welfare), penyediaan lapangan kerja dan penyedia talenta, dibutuhkan transformasi SDM BUMN, salah satunya melalui penetapan Nilai-nilai Utama (Core Values) SDM BUMN sebagai identitas dan perekat budaya kerja yang mendukung peningkatan kinerja secara berkelanjutan. Maka dari itu PT Digital Aplikasi Solusi (Digiserve) kembali membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja terbaru untuk sejumlah posisi yang dibutuhkan. 1. IT Support Apprentice
Job Descriptions
- Assist employees with technical issues related to computers, networks, and other IT equipment.
 - Provide troubleshooting support for hardware and software problems.
 - Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
 - Perform routine maintenance on IT systems, including software updates, etc.
 - Assist with the installation, configuration, and upgrading of hardware and software.
 - Set up and manage user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions.
 - Assist with onboarding new employees, including setting up their computers, software, and access to network resources.
 - Help troubleshoot network issues, including connectivity problems, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
 - Assist in maintaining network security, including firewall configurations and monitoring for potential threats.
 - Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
 - Create and update user guides or technical documentation for staff.
 - Assist with setting up new computers, printers, and other devices.
 - Perform routine checks on hardware to ensure functionality and perform repairs or replacements as necessary.
 - Work closely with the IT team to improve internal processes and enhance system performance.
 - Participate in team meetings to discuss IT-related improvements and innovations.
 
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree or certification program (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field).
 - Previous experience or internships in IT support is a plus, but not required.
 - Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software.
 - Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications (Microsoft Office, browsers, etc.).
 - Knowledge of network basics, including troubleshooting Wi-Fi, VPN, and networked devices.
 - Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, such as malware protection and safe browsing practices.
 - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
 - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
 - Strong attention to detail and ability to document technical information clearly.
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
 - Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in IT.
 - Positive attitude and proactive approach to resolving issues.
 - Team-oriented with a willingness to assist others and contribute to team goals.
 - Adaptable and open to receiving feedback and training.
 - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
 
2. Sales Team
Job Descriptions
- Identify opportunities in assigned accounts and close transactions in named accounts in alignment with Sales Team;
 - Develop and maintain relationships with all level decision makers and influencers in customer organization for transactions;
 - Understand customer needs and identify opportunities based on specialization (Microsoft solutions);
 - Demonstrate Microsoft solutions to customer and show how it explicitly addresses pain points and business drivers for smaller project/opportunities;
 - Directly or indirectly orchestrate internal and external (channel partners) resources to service accounts;
 - Negotiate pricing/terms for the transactional business in the named account;
 - Ensure post-sales deployment support as needed and drive post-sales deployment activities;
 - Work with the account team to identify expansion opportunities;
 - Create offers to the customer;
 - Generate leads and develops opportunities and may close smaller transactions in named accounts;
 - Maintain the customer relationship;
 - Monitor the sales progress throughout the process;
 - Have good understanding of products and ability to link them to solve customer’s business problem.
 
Qualifications
- Minimum education of Bachelor’s degree;
 - Minimum has 3-6 years of working experience in related field;
 - Good team player;
 - Use value-added selling skills to propose additional products, services, and solutions, demonstrating a passion for technology sales specialization in Microsoft products;
 - Track record in meeting and exceeding growth consistently;
 - Utilize customer influencing and phone-based communication skills;
 - Ability to navigate account to build new relationships and identify new account entry points;
 - Ability to maintain strong relationship with appropriate decision makers and influencers in organization;
 - Experienced in selling Microsoft products and services;
 - Good understanding of Microsoft products and services.
