Lowongan Kerja BUMN – PT Mandiri Sekuritas adalah anak usaha Bank Mandiri yang bergerak di bidang sekuritas. Untuk mendukung kegiatan bisnisnya, hingga akhir tahun 2020, perusahaan ini memiliki 16 kantor cabang dan 21 kantor perwakilan yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. PT Mandiri Sekuritas (Mandiri Sekuritas/Perusahaan) menjalankan usaha sebagai perantara pedagang efek, penjamin emisi efek, dan penasihat keuangan yang berdiri sejak tanggal 31 Juli 2000.

Mandiri Sekuritas memperoleh izin usaha sebagai perantara pedagang efek dan penjamin emisi efek dari Bapepam-LK berdasarkan Surat Keputusan No. KEP-12/ PM/1992 dan No. KEP-13/PM/1992 tanggal 23 Januari 1992. Mandiri Sekuritas diakui secara internasional sebagai Investment Bank Terbaik di Indonesia dari FinanceAsia sejak 2011 sampai 2024.

Dalam rangka mewujudkan peran BUMN sebagai mesin pertumbuhan ekonomi, akselerator kesejahteraan sosial (social welfare), penyediaan lapangan kerja dan penyedia talenta, dibutuhkan transformasi SDM BUMN, salah satunya melalui penetapan Nilai-nilai Utama (Core Values) SDM BUMN sebagai identitas dan perekat budaya kerja yang mendukung peningkatan kinerja secara berkelanjutan. Maka dari itu PT Mandiri Sekuritas kembali membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja terbaru untuk sejumlah posisi yang dibutuhkan. Lowongan Kerja BUMN PT Mandiri Sekuritas

1. Threat Management – IS Security Analyst (TM)

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential security threats and suspicious activity on corporate systems and networks by monitoring logs, monitoring activity, and analyzing security data.
• Prevention-focused and deep understanding of emerging cyber threats and efforts to mitigate potential security risks.
• Perform regular risk assessments, research emerging threats, develop and implement security policies, and make recommendations to improve organizational security.
• Manage and respond to detected security incidents, including conducting investigations to determine the source of the problem and taking corrective action.
• Evaluate and implement security technologies, such as security software, intrusion detection systems, and other security tools, to improve the organization’s defense against threats.
• Generate security reports that inform management and other stakeholders of security status and critical findings.
• Advise on security enhancements and corrective actions based on the results of security analyses and assessments for existing or new systems, including infrastructure, data, software, and other assets.
• Respond to and manage detected security incidents.
• Analyze security data and logs to identify potential indicators of cyber-attacks, malware, and other suspicious attempts.
• Perform security assessments or security audits to identify security gaps, vulnerabilities, and misconfigurations that enable attacks.
• Conduct research and studies on the latest security threats and cyberattack techniques to identify potential new risks
• Prepare periodic security reports on security findings, incidents, and remediation recommendations for management and other relevant parties.
• Contribute to security awareness programs to increase employee understanding and awareness of security threats and proper security practices.
• Work closely with other security and IT team members to understand the security needs of the business and ensure alignment of security efforts.
• Track security threats from outside the organization that have the potential to impact the infrastructure and systems of the organization.
• Participate in the planning, testing, and execution of disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of a security incident or disaster.

Qualifications:

• S1/S2 Information Technology (preferably in IS Security), or any engineering/physical science.
• Experience in the field of network architecture and IS security.
• Completion of security certifications (CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, GREM, CEH, CIH, CISA, CISM, ) is preferred.
• Have good knowledge in IS security tools and best practices.
• Have good knowledge of network architecture and design.
• Knowledgeable about IS security frameworks such as COBIT, MITRE, ISO27001, CIS etc.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Critical thinking skills and ability to solve complex problems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Strong communication, influence and leadership skills.

2. ID and Access Management Specialist (IAMS)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that sensitive data and critical business information are protected from inappropriate or unauthorized access.
• Manage and control user and system access rights to ensure that only those who are authorized have access to the company’s critical resources.
• Manage the user lifecycle, including account creation, account deletion, and access rights as user roles and responsibilities change.
• Ensure that IAM systems comply with applicable regulations and policies and can be tracked and audited to prove compliance.
• Plan, design, and implement an IAM solution that meets the business and security needs of the organization. This includes identifying security policies, regulations, and best practices to be implemented in the IAM solution.
• Ensure that the process of enrolling, verifying identity, creating accounts, and suspending or deleting user accounts is performed correctly and in accordance with corporate policies.
• Define, manage, and monitor user access rights to systems, applications, and data based on roles, responsibilities, and business needs.
• Monitor access activity, identify potential threats or suspicious behavior, and take corrective action to prevent unauthorized access.
• Ensure that the IAM system and other supporting software are kept up to date and running smoothly to maintain system security and availability.
• Ensure that the IAM system complies with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and applicablesecurity standards. In addition, perform periodic security audits and reports.
• Train users and technical staff on security practices and the proper use of IAM, including how to securely manage passwords and personal information.
• Manage identity and access-related security incidents, investigate intrusions, and take steps to mitigate the impact of such incidents.
• Continually evolve the IAM solution to reflect security developments and changing business needs, and integrate the IAM solution with other applications and infrastructure within the organization.
• Contribute to planning, testing and execute disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity after a security incident or disaster

Qualifications:

• S1/S2 Information Technology (preferably in IS Security), or any engineering/physical science.
• Experience in the field of network architecture and IS security.
• In-depth understanding of IAM principles, including identity lifecycle management, authentication methods, authorization, and access control models.
• Familiarity and expertise in various IAM technologies such as Identity Management Systems, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
• Strong knowledge of information security principles, data protection, encryption methods, and security best practices.
• Understanding of relevant compliance regulations.
• Familiarity with network security concepts, firewalls, VPNs, and secure network protocols.
• Knowledge of cryptographic concepts and encryption techniques used in IAM systems.
• Understanding of risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to lAM.
• Familiarity with IAM practices in cloud environments, including cloud identity providers, IAM services in major cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS IAM, Azure AD), and Identity as a Service (IDaaS) solutions.
• Proficient in identifying and resolving IAM-related issues, as well as handling IAM-related security incidents.
• Strong communication skills to interact with team members, stakeholders, and end-users effectively. Collaboration is essential to work with cross-functional teams.
• Capability to provide training and education to end-users regarding IAM best practices and security awareness.
• Proactive in keeping up with the latest IAM trends, security threats, and industry best practices.
