We are looking for training staff that is communicative and professional, and capable of developing employee competencies.
π§ Key Responsibilities
- Conducting a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify the skills that need improvement in each department and identify employee skill gaps and development priorities;
- Developing relevant training modules tailored to organizational needs;
- Developing learning materials that engaging and easily understandable for participants, using tools such as PowerPoint, LMS, Adobe Illustrator, or other platforms.
- Facilitate training programs;
- Align training programs with technological advancements and current industry trends;
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs using evaluation methods and compile evaluation reports;

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education or any related field;
- Minimum 1 (one) years of experience in Training & Development Material Production;
- Proficient in creating training materials using tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, LMS, Adobe Illustrator, Video Animation Maker or other digital training platforms;
- Familiar with training evaluation methods (ex: pre-test, post-test, feedback).
- Willing to make a portfolio of previously managed projects or completed projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, management and other relevant parties;
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with the team and a fast learner person;
- Creative, adaptable, and possessing strong interpersonal skills to interact with employees of diverse personalities;
- Confident, good with public speaking, and presentation skills.
